CRC’s goal is to aid and assist our clients by providing a second set of eyes in addition to their in-house expertise through geocoding & mapping, CAT risk modeling, technical rate analysis, and location valuation and primary risk characteristic review. Ultimately this enables a proactive approach to program structure and pricing. The value of complete, organized, and accurate data in this process can’t be overstated.

In advance of going to market, CRC takes the extra step of evaluating accounts conceptually and providing feedback on program direction, a risk assessment report, suggested program structure, carriers to approach, and often estimated pricing. This maximizes underwriting efficiency, increasing mutual hit ratios, and, when appropriate, helps to ensure the I nsured’s comfort level with program limits, retentions, costs, and the overall strategic approach. It also establishes a strong foundation for the next step in the process – placement.

To cultivate carrier interest and maximize the insured’s advantages, we work with the decision makers at key carriers and utilize concise but comprehensive submissions that are declared “best in class” by underwriters for their ease of use – landing our accounts at the top of an underwriter’s inbox.

CRC understands the pressure placed on our clients to deliver the most comprehensive and cost effective coverage. Our detailed proposals include an executive summary outlining agreed upon placement goals, detailing the marketing process, and fully explaining our results in a due diligence report, including coverage specification and analytics.

CRC is proud to be the only national wholesaler with a dedicated national claims department charged with monitoring claims activity for our clients from first notice of loss until final settlement. We work to take a proactive approach in the early stages of claims development.
